It sounds like overall a good site. Only a few complaints but even NewEgg get's complaints and they're one of the largest computer retailers in the US/Canada.

Yeah I placed an order with them for an Asus z87-Pro motherboard yesterday. The deal was pretty good $138 for the motherboard. However after reading those reviews, I am trying to cancel my order.. I feel uncertain because after I read that "open box and resealed" means they might have accessories missing..

Oh, that'd kind of be a givaway on the "Don't buy from there" then. Dunno, why some people swore by their customer service though.
