I am attempting to reinstall windows xp home because i had to resize my matrix raid partition. I slipstreamed SP3 and my raid drivers and went to work. windows installed at restarted, the windows boot screen popped up and then i got a window that said "not enough virtual memory or paging file quota is available to complete the specified operation"....restart and it did it again.

Computer is in sig, settings below:
P5Q-PRO NB:1.14v, VTT1.14v
E8400 @ 445*9
2Gb G.Skill F2-8500CL5D @ 534 mhz (DDR1068) @ 2.00v

The overclock was 20+ hours prime stable a couple months ago and i have had little to no trouble with it. Any ideas what could cause this? I read on a couple sites that popped up when I googled that i could be memory so i downloaded the latest and greatest memtest86+ and have that running.
