O-rings and Water Pump

I'm replacing and reconfiguring my system, some of the items will be reused and some not.

A. How many times I can reuse o-rings
B. A DDC Pump/Res. is getting replaced with a D5 pump, should I take the DDC Pump and Res. apart and clean them before putting it away?

That would be a good idea. Be sure they are dry before storing them away

Ok, what about the o-rings?

I reused them. They are fat orings and pretty sturdy. Let the pump air dry for a few days after you dry it out, reassemble.

I have never really priced O rings before... how are they sold? By the bag or such? Sounds like it would be nice to have a few around for when you do maintenance.

Only replace if they seem pretty old or brittle. I still use mine after 3-4 years now.
