Ok,
Have a P4 EE 3.73GHZ 1066FSB CPU
P5WD2 Premium Mobo
1GB (2 - 512) Corsair XMS DDR2 1000 (PC28000) 5-4-4-9
7800GTX KO 256
(2) 74GB Raptors @ 10,000RPM in 0 Raid

Everything is water cooled except the ram which should be fine. So temps aside, what is the best route to get the best OC. My CPU multiplier is 14.

-Update-
Currently at 4.374GHZ
312 FSB
CPU 1.55V
Bus Speed 1250MHZ
Multiplier still at 14
RAM @ 469MHZ with a 2/3 ratio

Temps never got above 39C while running 3dMark05 and scoring 8,400.

Question - is the RAM X2 making it running at 469 X 2 right now? Or is it only running at 469 meaning it has a ton of head room?

Either way, with temps good and system stable what should I change next to increase OC? Thanks

That means that the ram is running at DDR2(double data rate) 932mhz, you have 68mhz until it's running at it's rated speed.

How are you determining stability?

Stable determination made by prime 95, benchmark runs and playing games without freezing or errors or turning off. I can't get it above 4.4GHZ with the ram at 500 (1GHZ). As soon as I try raising the ram further it errors, I can't raise the FSB enough to lower the ratio of the RAM. 3/5. FSB of 314 is the highest stable I have got it. Tried raising voltage, temps are never above 40C.

What is your DDR2 voltage set at?

2.2V
Corsair XMS DDR2 1000 5-4-4-9 Rated at 1000mhz at 2.2V

Any Suggestions???

Yeah bump DDR2 voltage up to 2.3, if that doesn't do it, if you have the skills(because you can kill your board if not done carefully), perform the DDR2 vmod to give them sticks some more juice.

No dice bro,
Tried 2.3V no real change. Is this the only thing I can do (VMOD)?? and is that safe for the RAM?? Why won't the FSB go above 314 stable? Should I try to lower the multiplier? Also with the current bios I can't change the latency of the RAM. Could that be the problem and will upgrading the bios fix that? Thanks

505 & 1351 so for the most part ya
Water cooled as well so any tips?? thanx
