Open file Security Warning C:\windows\system32\igfxtray.exe

I have an ASUS P8z68 V-Pro MB, Intel I5 2500k, AMD Radeon 6950 Graphics card. Every time I boot up my system I get a Open File Security Warning, C:\windows\system32\igfxtray message. If I hit run twice it goes away, but I want to get rid of it completely. Does anyone have any idea what it is and how I can get it to go away for good.

I would love too, could you please tell me how to do this... If I cant get it to go away, would I need to reinstall windows to find out where it came from.
