Hey all"
I wanted to know how far can I overclock this setup because I would really like to and what are the steps in doing so.

CPU: Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Deneb
Mobo: GA-890GPA-UD3H
Ram: 4gb DDR3 RipJaw
PSU: Cosair 750TX

It would also be helpful to know what video card you're running and which CPU heatsink you are using ... :)

I'm running a asus 5770 and my heatsink is a Thermatake DuOrb
 
The biggest overclock limit will be heat. You should keep the load core temp around 55°C or so, 60°C at the outside. CoreTemp, HWMonitor, and a few other programs measure load core temp, which is different from the CPU temp you see in BIOS and with many other programs.

OCCT is excellent for stress testing and for measuring temps. Prime95 is also a leading stress testing program ...
