How far you can O.C. is really hard to say, Each board and CPU is different. I would strongly suggest taking some time and reading through this, It is a very nice guide to get you aquainted with O.C.ing your system.
The biggest overclock limit will be heat. You should keep the load core temp around 55°C or so, 60°C at the outside. CoreTemp, HWMonitor, and a few other programs measure load core temp, which is different from the CPU temp you see in BIOS and with many other programs.
