Any tips on how to overclock this. Anytime I manually set anything in the bios, it will reboot after 5-10 minutes of being booted up in the OS. Set everything back to to automatic in the bios and runs perfectly fine. I have set many overclocks in the past but none using AMD's Crossfire Technology or Dual Graphics Technology, don't know if that is a factor in overclocking. All hardware listed below.

That is one potential issue.. mismatched memory capacity can cause instability.

What have you tried? What clockspeed did you try and at what voltage? When it reboots, does it do it at idle or under load? More details please.

Your GPU/CFx(which you can't use as you only list/have one GPU) has little if anything to do with it.

The 6670 should run dual GFX with the IGP, but as you say E_D we need to know what is trying to be accomplished and I agree with you on the ram. To make the best of the IGP 2133- 2400 memory is recommended as well.
