Hey Community,
a while ago, ich started overclocking my AMD FX-8120. I got it to about 3.8-3.9ghz without highering the Core Voltage. Now I am at 4Ghz, and while Prime95 is running, suddenly the 8th Core decides to have an Error:
FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.49609375, expected less than 0,4
Hardware failure detected, consult stress.txt file

The other cores work as normal.
Since Im not good in overclocking, I would really appreciate your help...
Do I have to set the Core Voltage higher ?

My Specs are at the moment:
AMD-FX 82120
M5 A88V-EVO
Alpenföhn Brocken
PSU: 750w

Additional informations:
speed: 4028 Mhz
Multiplier x 15.0 (7 - 20)
Bus Speed 259.95 Mhz
HT Link 2859.41 Mhz
NB Frequency 2079.9Mhz
Core Voltage 1.296
Temperature max 45°C

Thanks in advance

Ah okay, thank you, How much do you think do I have to bump the Voltage ? Up to about 1.32 ?

Just as a little question. In Prime95 I pick the Torture Test option "Blend", do I ?

Yes that's the test you want and we really can't tell you what voltage you'll need as all the FX are different.

Okay, then I did everything right so far :D
Yeah I'll just try bumping up the Voltage a little bit.
I'll let you know If it worked or not

Oh, yeah i forgot, here is the screenshot of the pc currently running Prime95.
Hope thats enough information. :D

Edit:
In the screenshot, the Core Voltage is currently 0.936V, which is not quite true, because i got most of the time 1.296-1.31V.
