P9X79 NO VIDEO OUTPUT

Hello,
I bought a asus p9x79 deluxe, i7 3820.
have thermaltake 700w, evga 9800gt video card 1gb, corsair vengeance 4x4gb memory,
I have done bench test, nothing plugged in other than cpu,video card, ram and still no video output.
Tried different card, still no video, tried also just 1 4gb ram stick adn still no video output. HELP

Remove the motherboard from the case and setup the components on the motherboard box.

Does the fan on the 9800gt spin up or does the motherboard give you a warning beep?
Do you have all the power connectors plugged in? Are you positive you have the PCIe plug in the GPU and not the EPS CPU plug?

It was all in updating the bios thru a FORMATTED FAT32 flash drive. Thanks to all that helped.
