Picobox's web ordering what am I missing???

I'm trying to price out a x500 from Picobox.com but for the life of me I cannot add one to the cart???

Wtf am I missing here? I even made an account just to see if that had something to do with it??View attachment 212518

I found the email from Frank at Picobox, he says to order via email and that they are updating the x500 so I should check back in one month
