Power phase 4+1 vs 8+2 ?

According to a extreme 24/7 water cooling CPU Overclock, should i care about mobo 4+1 or 8+2 power phase?

From my knowledge it does not matter AS MUCH if you have the full water cooling setup to keep the board itself's temps down. But 8+2 would still be a safer bet...
