PowerPoint Help

I have created 2 PowerPoint Presentations for my school recently and have had to upload them. However it has come to my attention that only one slide is visible when i upload it, the only change i have done is used the "Slide Master" button. But when i upload it or save it as a SlideShow, it appears as one single blank slide.

Is there any way i can get around this so i can get my school my work?

running low on time, does no one have any idea? I can't seem to find anything relative to this situation anywhere else.
