Ok, either this is wrong, or it is stupidly cheap.

PowerXS: NVIDIA Geforce Duo 7900GTX 1024MB 2xDVI PCI-E OEM

1. On the Nvidia site the 7900GTX has 512mb ram not 1gb.
2. It says Duo in the product title and also the picture looks like their is 2, for sli, which in theory would make the 1gb ram...
3. Whether its a single card, or 2 its £136.24... or so it says.

Any ideas if this is wrong, right, or ******* cheap!?!

That can't be right. The picture shows a 7950 GX2 (SLI in one PCI-E slot), not a 7900 GTX.

Looking into this further, the model number PV-T71U-YDDB refers to a 7900 GTX GX2 card, a completely different beast than the 7900 GX2. These were initially found only in system builds for OEM Quakd-SLI setups, I believe. They were also very problematic, with tons of driver and compatibility issues. I'd stay away from this unless you know it'll work.
