W520 notebook has an SSD for windows 7 system and a 7200 rpm hard drive partition for installation of big programs such as MS Office and Adobe Create Suite and games etc.

It is recommended to disable Prefetch and Superfetch for SSD installations. However since majority of software is installed on a 7200 rpm hard drive should those two services be enabled?

Related question is if there is a program that allows policies to what is get prefetched and superfetch or better from what hard drive to not prefetch and superfetch?

Leave it alone. No need to get rid of that as it really doesnt affect an SSD in the first place. Pre/Superfetch go the RAM, not to the SSD.
