Prime95 and RealTemp are for your CPU only.

Furmark and AMD CCC (it's installed with the drivers, it should already be on your machine, but if it isn't, you can get it off AMD's website) is for the GPU.

You need to run all four at the same time to get worst-case scenario temps.
