Putting a 120x38 fan on back of Antec SLK3700AMB?

Well I have Antech SLK3700 but I bought a wrong sized fan, I bought the 120x38 fan..not 120x25..the fan would work on back but I couldn't move the case around or it would fall. This is the pic of it

Are there anyway to make my 120x38mm to fit tight on this case? If I take the fan rack thing off it wouldn't work because the screw holes don't line up correctly. Anyway I can buy a new fan holding rack off somewhere?

Ditch the rack, and drill holes in the right places.

Its really the best way to do it. I had an antec case, with the fan holders, while they are convient, they didn't fit thicker fans, and thus were removed, and holes drilled.
