Q8200 overclocking help

I've had this processor for about 2 months now and I really like. But the 2.3ghz isn't cutting it for gaming. I was just about to buy the E8400 dual, but why buy when you can overclock. My goal I want is around 2.8-3.0ghz. Mostly want 3.0ghz. I have read guides and just would like some more guidance.

CPU:Q8200 quad 3rd party heatsink
Ram:OCZ pc6400 2 2gig sticks = 4gig dual channel
Mobo:MSI P7N 750i sli
Powersupply: thermaltake 850w continuous
GFX: 9800gtx(x2) SLI
I read these processors are quite the over clockers.

If you read the guides, what questions do you have? Have you started overclocking yet? Im not sure what exactly you want...

yeah it was a bad move to get the Q8200 but whatever LOL Q6600 would of been way better. I regret it for sure
