Just set up first array tonight and I think I have also hosed my first raid array tonight. i was trying to run disk keeper pro premier on the new array and it froze the system when it tried to resize something to do with the file system. Now whenever I try to defrag I get error messages like
Defragmentation of (c) has been aborted due to inconsistancies that where detected in the file system. Please run chkdsk or scandisk to repair these inconsistancies, then run Disk Defragmenter again.
So I run chkdsk and get the following
Warning F parameter not specified.
Running chkdsk in read only mode.

The rest of the test runs fine. So my question is how do I fix this with out a reinstall of the os?

Start -> Run... -> "chkdsk /f" (without the quotes)

It'll say cannot check now because files are open blah blah blah... Check on restart (Y/N).

Pick "Y", and then restart.
