11900k on an ROG maximus xIII hero, not planning to oc.

Recommendations for 16gb and 32gb configurations please. IÂ’m looking for basically the best ram for stock and in # of sticks. Does faster than 3200 make any difference? And just look for cl14 and the lowest even# timings? Tia

I'd look for 3600 cl14/cl16. Should be a sweetspot for price to performance there. :)

My GSkill Trident Z RGB have done me well over the past few years.

Like these from NE? G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3600 (PC4 28800) F4-3600C16D-16GTZR

Bah havenÂ’t figured out how to share links to on my iphone when it goes to an app instead of web url.

If yes, and if I wanted 32gb, would 2 x 16 sticks be any better than 4x8?

That G.Skill kit is fine. If you want 32GB then 2x16GB is usually a better idea and slightly cheaper.
DDR4-3600 CL16-x-x is just right for any modern PC. It can be G.Skill, Crucial, HyperX, or anything else. Additional timings help but not so much to be worth 30% higher price. The same for 2x8GB and 2x16GB kits.
Since the price is not much higher than that of the DDR4-3200 RAM, then DDR4-3600 is your best option. The next step (because of memory controller ratios etc.) is DDR4-4400+ what costs much more and gives almost the same performance.
