Hello all. I don't know why in the bios only showing 32GB of rams DDR4 3200Mhz. In Windows show 64GB. I have 8 X 8 sticks TridentZ RGB. I have it XMP Profile 1. If I set it to AUTO, it show only showing 21GB of rams.
This is a AMD Threadripper 1950X runinng @4GHZ built 8 months ago. When its was built I only had 32GB of 4X4. Now I have 8 X 8 sticks. But in the bios don't reflect its has 8 sticks. I am attach a few pictures here.

Are all the RAM modules the same make and model? There was more than one Trident Z 3200 configuration available. Is this the "B" die Samsung series?

What happens if you lower the RAM frequency to default?

Do you have the latest bios installed?

Have you tried giving the SoC voltage (the memory controller) a bump?

The ram are the same Tridenz RGB 3200mhz CL16. When I set it to Auto (default) the display show 2133mhz only. Enable XMP Profile get me full speed 3200mhz. I just update the bios and still getting the same thing, not showing 64gb.

The BIOS is showing the Auto 32 memory multiplier of 3200 speed memory.

Enable XMP profile get 3200mhz of 32GB. I highlight the AUTO and press enter, nothing happen, but rather it bound to some where else.

Your board has limited 8 stick support for memory and no support for 8 sticks @ 3200 speed. Per Gigabytes own site.
Best advice:
Lower your ram speed or get sticks off the QVL.

Im sure that is true, but Windows shows 64GB (not sure what speed...I'd guess 3200 since his bios shows it). While he may see 32GB in the bios somewhere, the screenshots he posted arent proof.

So far, I dont see proof of a problem... do you?

BruceUSA, the little video of your bios show 3200 mhz (the frequency) but not 32gb (the amount).

What's the problem Bruce? Those images show 64gb(cpuz) and the bios (stills or the movie) doesnt show a capacity.

The dram frequency in cpuz shows DDR (DOUBLE data rate). ~1600 x 2 = 3200.

LOL Earthdog. Thank you man, I appreciated it. I totally forgotten the # X 2 in CPUZ thing. The bios does not show the capacity that got me going nuts and I forgotten the dram freq # x 2 . Windows 10 and CPUZ confirmed 64GB of rams.
