Hello Overclockers! Ive tried fixing this issue and I cannot get it to work!

I have been getting a ton of bsods I have re installed video drivers, updated and reinstalled windows 8. Did countless hardware test(Video ram, check memory, Cpu test) all passed temperatures stay around 25-35 c.
Recently uninstalled all video drivers and re installed. The bsods sometimes go away for a week or two but come back. and sometimes when it bsods there is a static noise inside of the computer, and the blue screen becomes distorted
Ive attached the dump files, if someone could help me pinpoint the piece of hardware so I can ship it out for repair please.

Need full system specs please. Include make and model PSU.
"Static" noise is not a good sign.
