I bought this mouse because I need a gaming mouse, for I have been using a bad wireless generic brand mouse for quite awhile. So when I plugged in my mouse it did not work. The mouse wheel light lit up but nothing else seems to work. I tried holding down M1,M2, and M3(Scroll Wheel), and that didn't work. Also, I tried downloading Synapse, no luck there, it doesn't detect any Razer products. I tried its own driver itself and it says it's missing its firmware and when downloaded the firmware it doesn't install. I tried using the mouse on other USB ports too and other computers including a Mac and no luck. Any advice or help?
