Reccomendations for a new mobo

Hi
Have an ABIT A-N78HD board at pres that wil not hold its boot priority for longer than 4 hours no matter what I do so its gonna get shot (that i WILL enjoy!)
So, I'm looking for a well supported board that meets the following needs:
- cool and quiet (not really into O/C ing)
- min 6 sata connectors
- min 8 USB
- fire wire
- Hey I know its 'soooo yesterday' but I really need it... a serial port
Already have a good silent graphics card
Need also to drive a pair of fans to cool the hard drives and, of course, the normal CPU and a system fan
NOT ABIT...
Form factor pref ATX but at a push mATX would do...
