Gigabyte 990fx mobo was working fine shutdown and plugged in fan now powers on, get to bios sceen uefi dualbios, short beep, reboots
Tried clearing cmos, unplugged everything except what is needed. Same.

Any thoughts?
 
Have you tried one stick of memory, or rotating it through the memory slots?

EDIT: You mention a fan. Which fan and where did you plug it in? Did you try to remove it?

Yes changed out memory, it was the case fan for front of case, plugged in one of the sysfan slots.
 
Yes unplugged everything except what is needed. . Tried jumper cmos reset and battery reset. Removed one stick of ram(had 2), Same changed out sticks same.
