Gigabyte b650 aorus elite ax

Built computer with Gigabyte B650 aorus elite ax board and Ryzen 9 7900x cpu. After jumping out 24 pin to fill water loop and purge out air, computer will not come on. I have removed the gpu and ram. Completed a cmos clear several times. Tried doing a bios update but everything powers up for a few seconds and shutdown.
I am at a loss, never had issues building pc like this before. I pulled all ram, gpu and only have cpu installed with waterblock, ssd unhooked.

After trying everything, I rma the board and should have it tomorrow
