S27A950D, are there still problems with the DP?

As the title says, i just returned my S27A950D because the whole screen was crooked thanks to the ****ty foot/design.
I did however love the picture and the 120hz so the 750D caught my eye but i have read that alot of people are having problems with the displayport on this monitor.
So i simply wonder if this has been fixed in the latest nvidia drivers? I remember that i read something about this a while back but i can't seem to find it again.
Im using a GTX 570 btw.

Ops i see that i wrote the wrong monitor name in the topic, it's supposed to be S27A750D.
