Samsung 850 Evo Low IOPS

I'm not sure if I did it right, but this is what I got after downloading the latest AMD Chipset Drivers dated 02.10.2017. It's a 2015 driver, and if I choose search automatically for newest driver it will offer me 1 month older driver. The bench results are the same with either one.

My driver says from 3/19/15 version 1.3.1.276, which is oddly saying not digitally signed now. I believe the driver that I did install was from 4/15/2015 before. Not sure why I have this other driver installed now. Anyhow, I'm not sure why your performance is still not any better. I don't know how you would check performance of the SATA ports themselves to see if something is off with them directly. Sorry I don't have anything more useful at the moment.
