I would like to buy this waterblock from EK but I cant find my card model in the comptability list and I'm not sure if its fit.

EK would be able to answer that with 100% certainty.

Cant you input the model gpu it will spit back compatible parts?

Nope, I try to input my model in the config, but Can't submit my form

you got it. its either that one or the rgb one being that the acetal version is end of life. Sapphire Radeon RX Vega 64 8GB HBM2 (21275-02) click the compatability list and it will show you pictures of both your card and pcb.

The 21275-00, 21275-01 and 21275-02 are listed for that block, I imagine they just haven't updated, but as EarthDog said, you'd want to contact EK to be 100% sure.
