So after research and research I'm going to be picking up a Seasonic-X 850W psu for my rig.

My question is: would 850W be enough for a Phenom II X6 1090T OC'd with GTX 760 SLI?

GTX 760 Tdp 170x2 340 overclocked 20% = 408w
1090T TDP 125w overclocked 25%? = 160w
100w for everything else.
Yes it's more then enough.

With that setup and psu, the cooling fan inside the Seasonic will rarely if ever spin. I have one, and have yet to notice the fan spin. I didn't need that many watts, but I got it on sale for around $80 after mir. It was hard to say no.

That makes me feel much better! I didn't think I needed to invest in a 1000W+ psu. Great, I'll stick with my investment!

Seasonic also has really good customer service! I have an X-650 and had to RMA it, the transaction was flawless. I'd definitely buy another one.
