Setting Up XMP

In my bios, when I enable the XMP profile do I also set the manual timings? If I go into the manual menu it shows what they're set to and then it shows a column for XMP. Or do I just turn the profile on and do nothing at all with manual timings? I'm running a ASrock X79 extreme6.

Turn the profile on, save, and reboot.
Post a screenshot of the memory and SPD tabs from CPUz here and we can tell you if it's right.

Ok I set the timings to Auto and XMP to on and the timings appear to be right in CPU-Z.
