Shellshocker - Msi motherboard any good?

Thats the shellshocker deal thats up. I don't have too much time left on it and im really torn weather to not to get it. I was primarily looking into ASUS boards cause I heard they make the best boards, but other than that i wasnt sure. This deals really tempting though... any1 have thoughts on this mobo?

I would stay away from MSI these days. They used to make among the best boards several years ago but their quality has slipped and if you read the forums and customer reviews they have more than their share of problems. That's my opinion. You may get different feedback from others.
