SLK800-U or SLK-800 (A)

If you're going to move the machine around a lot or if you don't mind taking out the motherboard to install the HS, and get the U.

For me, my box pretty much stays where it's at and I didn't feel like disassembling my case to put the HS on, so I just got the A.

yes they do. like the slk-900, the 800U is rotated around 90degrees from the 800a
 
also notice that the orientation of the heatsink is different depending on if it is the u or the a version
 
That might be a problem to some, it might get in the way of electrical converters in the motherboard.
