Hey guys I've never overclocked memory. Only thing I've ever done involved just using the X.M.P. profile.

I do a lot digital art work and there is a lot of times when I'll max out my 32 GB of ram.

I got fairly slow ram (faster compared to old school DDR3) but I'm wondering if overclocking the ram will improve performance. Especially when softwares load and unload information.

Will memory overclocking strain my Mobo?
Will memory overclocking affect my cpu overclock?
Will even the slightest overclock boost performance?

Will memory overclocking strain my Mobo? Not too much
Will memory overclocking affect my cpu overclock? most likely will need added voltages
Will even the slightest overclock boost performance? If you tasks are that intensive then yes it should save you some time.
