is this a good motherboard?? this can be had for very cheap now. So i was wondering if its good enough to turn it into a PVR machine??

for a HTPC you'd probably want a mATX board, but SOYO makes nice stable boards. I'm not a big fan of the VIA DDR chipset for P4s, but again, if you're using it as a HTPC I can't see it being a bad selection.
