Spectre vs Spectre Pro

Hi guys, I was deciding on what fans to get for my new pc. And im thinking about getting some BitFenix specres or spectre pros.

I was wondering if anyone owns these fans, if so are the pros worth double the price?

Let me know what you guys think. By the way im looking for a faily silent build this time around. But I would rather have it a bit loud and not overheat.
