Stain On MOBO Under CPU Socket

Hi All,

Have possibly some of that new graphics card smell going on I thought. Was testing out a few different AiOs and noticed this stain on my board.

Is this flux or should I consider getting a. New board. PC is running as perfect as any systems as I’ve ever had but has a strong new electronics hot smell. Maybe it’s this?
