System display keeps freezing

ive recently upgraded my computer, and since my display/computer keeps freezing for no apparent reason. ive tryed taking out each memory chip in turn incase its the memory but no improvement. ive tryed an asus radeon 9600se and still the same. Could it be a faulty motherboard ? here is my pc spec.
