these are the settings in my bios (jetway ha12),i want to oc my cpu with my current setup.

cpu/HT reference clock (Mhz) 200.<< change to 205 and whatever the cpu multiplier is times 205 will be your new cpu speed.

Without further information like ram and cpu and cpu cooler and fans in case...not much more can say.

Wait a minute! I thought we pretty well established the probability that the motherboard you are currently using is malfunctioning and you were asking recommendations for a new motherboard. Why are we now back to where we started when you began the thread? How can you expect to overclock a defective motherboard?

Reset BIOS or let RAM run on stock and give it 1.7V and install the two RAM (also make sure to insert it into correct slot insert it into another slot and it can only run in single channel)

sorry for late reply .
it was a motherboard battery issue , changed it and no issue so far.

So you're saying the bios wasn't remembering the settings you put in and that was causing the memory to malfunction? As far as I know the battery's only function is to cause changes to the CMOS/BIOS to be retained.

may be . it has been 15 day since i changed the battery,no malfunction.

Some 1100T processors have trouble past the 3800MHz range, so keep that in mind.

Also, your motherboard doesn't have the best VRM setup out there, so it might not be able to push enough power to the CPU, causing the BSODs at higher frequencies.

Probably a dead DRAM socket, that happened to one of my AM2 boards before, did you try other slots?
