The topic to start us off today is about retention and acknowledgement. How do we acknowledge the achievements of our team mates in a more meaningful way? Are the categories in the weekly newsletter relevant to what you like to see? What can we do to improve?
You can answer these questions in a PM if you don't want to respond in public. I may post your question here myself without naming names if this helps. It is the goal to show all members achievements at all levels.
