Tails - How do I set it up?

I would like to put Tails on a usb stick but the instructions are not clear to me.
Despite my 10+ years on the forms, I know next to nothing about Linux and its been ages since I messed w/ ISO's.
Can someone dumb down the tails experience for me:

• Using the "signing key"
• Burning the ISO to a USB drive (ive no software for that at present)
• Using tails

For USB thing, I prefer YUMI myself. Works well in WINE as well

EDIT: I just noted that they now have linux installers awsome

Both answers are good.

Pendrive linux is more if that is going to be the only .iso on the flash drve.

Yumi is great if you are going to put multiple .iso's on one drive.
