take a look at this uk only bord

ive been looking at thi bord for a wile but it is uk only release.

its msi 870 fusion power edition i would like to buy it but cant find it for sell anywhere. also i don't know if it will work on us parts. it should 12v psu is the same if its running on 115 or 230 v. i don't know if the whole pal -ntsc thing would mater. so my 2 questions i have are.\
(1) Will UK mobo work with us parts
and
(2) where can i buy one

There's no on-board video so even if there is a difference between European computer graphics and NA computer graphics (there isn't) it wouldn't matter anyway ...

Looks like a European site, but they do have US Sales support... Just scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the contact us link.... There is an address in the US and they seem to offer on-line live chat... You may give it a try and see if they have them here in the US.

Holy schlamoly, look at the heatsink on the MOSFETS! You could use that thing to cool a Presler.
