Team Spotlight:
While the time frame keeps fluctuating, we are on course to regain the number 5 spot in the world. NUMBER 5! In the recent months we have had a surge in interest and production and it is showing week after week. This is going to be fun. Teammates challenging themselves and others in short and long term races abound. The energy levels of the team are way up so get into the fray and have some fun. WOOT! WOOT!

harlam357 has an interesting question about what to do with his 4P machine. These machines were the bee’s knees for a while. Pande Group (PG) wanted to encourage users to fold on these monster machines and gave a huge bonus to those willing to fold on them. We are talking about 4 CPUs with up to 16 cores each on one motherboard. Several of our teammates spent the cash to build and fold on them. Costs were advertised on the forums just north of $1500 when PG stopped the testing of those folding cores. It is interesting hardware looking for a new purpose. Log in and chime in.

As a team challenge, let’s see if we can get all of the top 20 up into the 1 million ppd by the end of this year. With the flurry of 1080’s, 1070’s and reduced price 980/TI’s this could be a breeze. The fact is, we are already doing this even if it has not been the goal.
