This is a 3600 14-15-15-35 1.45v XMP listed as compatible so I would like to get it. The only TeamGroup 3600C14 kit I can see for sale is TF10D416G3600HC14CDC01

What is the difference between the 2 model numbers?

Looks about the same. I guess it's a matter of revision. One PN is available in stores, the other one could be a test version as you can barely see any info about it in google but it on QVL so probably motherboard manufacturers got it as a test sample.
Count that every DDR4-3600 CL14 kit will use the same Samsung B-die IC so it doesn't matter what SKU it is. The same, other brands will use only Samsung B in anything at 3200-3800 CL14 as most other IC simply have problems to work at so low CL and lower voltages.
