I have the z77 extreme6 as well as the z77 oc formula and really like the both of them. also have the z87 extreme6 just dont have enough time with it to say what I think. many also like the giga board as well. wont be a bad choice between them, pick the one you like the looks of, or if one has a feature that catches your eye

Maybe a Haswell build would be a better investment right now over what the OP has in his Sig. But that's his choice, but still i feel it could be a bigger jump over a Ivy set up. AJ.

Over the last week or so prices on the new Haswell Mobo's been dropping quite a lot. Give it 2 more weeks the should be stable for a while before the price could go up again.
