Hello Guys,

I'm about to build a new rig and i wanted your thoughts on my airflow setup :

1sod.jpg

So its a NZXT Phantom 630 and i'm replacing all stock fans.

2 Noctua NF A14 (140mm) on the front panel - Intake
1 Noctua NF A14 (140mm) on the Bracket for HDD cage push/pull ( will remove one HDD cage)
4 Noctua NF F12 (120) for the Corsair H100i on the top of the cast - Exhaust
1 Noctua NF P12 (120mm) at the rear of the case - Exhaust

The 770gtx lightning should blow some of the hot air out of the case too

I might add one of the 200mm Fan at the bottom of the case as Intake.

what are your thoughts about this air setup? ( not taking in account the noctua's price)

Thanks !!

You should evaluate the direction of the radiator fans. I have a similar setup but fans from radiator blow towards the inside. I don't think any of the two options are ideal but I believe it works a bit better when blowing cooler outside air to the radiator than warm from the inside. Other than that, it looks good, I'd say, if possible, test both setups and evaluate which one gives you best cpu temps.

anhikilator thanks,

do you have a push / pull configuration for the H100i too?
