SOLVED Timing not sticking

So my Corsair LPX memory will not run at CL15. If I set at CL15 is runs at CL16 and CL16 is CL16 then CL14 is CL14. I have tried setting in bios and using ryzen master to set it. It works fine just wondering if anyone had seen this behavior before?

I don't know amd well, but pretty sure there is something in the bios that allows odd cl CD values.

Over 2933 AM4 likes an even CL like 14 or 16 and also uses CR1. There's a setting in mem timings called gear down disabling it should let you run an odd number.
