It's cache clock , you have it but it's called in an other way. Keep it ~300MHz or more below CPU clock to keep everything stable. So if you have 5GHz cpu clock then keep it ~4.6-4.7GHz. It won't help in performance much but may cause stability issues when is too high. All depends from CPU and other stuff.
