welll my b-day is coming up so mone money money is coming.So iam upgrading to pci-express.Getting some new ram,video card, and mobo hears what i got suggtions welcome.budget is 400

The biggest thing is I'd get namebrand ram (mushkin or ocz value is good).

Just look at manufacturers. Try OCZ, Mushkin, Corsair(Their Value Select is awesome), PQI, Patriot, and a few others.

The nForce4 ultra has many more features than the regular nForce4. I will try to find a webpage listing them all but I have gotten bits and pieces as of right now.
