OKAY update.....installed new MB asus sabertooth 990fx, new ram G.Skill sniper 14900cl9d 1866, and a new CPU fan Hyper 212 evo.
(The bios for this MB is freaking awesome btw)
Running prime95 blend test now, its been 1 hour and everything is going well
CPU multiplier- 20
Voltage- 1.46
temp steady at 55c (its hot in my house)
EDIT:Last night I got a stead OC for about 3 hours on prime95
today: 4.2GHz
Multiplier-21
voltage- 1.52V
trying to find a voltage for 4.2 has been annoying. temps stay under 55C
edit 2:
I've given up on 4.2GHz I was getting close to 1.6vs and warning started popping up so im gonna go back to 4.1GHzs and see if I can make it through a 3 hour Prime95 blend test
