user monitoring software

i need to monitor my computer for usage
its legal just want to spy on ppl using my computer making sure they dont go places they shouldnt or trying to crack my passwords etc
free is need as i cant afford AGP GPUs and software for stuff
i saw this

i would like it if you could not see the software in that bottom right bar thingy (forgot name) but its not 100% needed
oh and if there is one that sends thru a LAN network all info to say a server in my home that would just be the greatest!

Why not just set up standard user accounts w/ limited privileges?

i want to see where ppl are going like websites they are not suppose to be going etc but locking the computer will just make them know what im trying to do. i cant do that with out cause becuase then a fight will happen
